Finally IT'S OVER!!!! (for now lah)
well.... my ict finally over liao last friday.... CO tried so hard to push & let us out-pro on friday.... the result of our ATEC was not wat we wanted but it's considered good since we were down on manpower....
sunday nite (30th Jul 2006) - book in timing 21oohrs.... wah liao.... abit early leh.... but boh bianz.... gotta make last minute prep for nxt day's exercise.... 4 days.... OMG.... dunnno since wen nv had so many days straight for exercise liao.... dunno can tong anot.... anyway, after book in, my PC came & asked me abt my injury (remember? bitten by unknow land creature?) & asked if i'm able to go for the exercise.... well, due to the nature & type of injury, i told him no & explained to him y.... he told me to report sick nxt day & see wat status MO wld give me....
monday - after breakfast go report sick wif 3 other platoonmates.... knnz.... no status.... juz gave me medicine to eat & apply.... tat meant i gotta go outfield.... wah liao eh.... wait my wound infected how?.... knnz.... stupid MO.... but come back & tink again..... our battalion already short of manpower.... so MO wld push those he tink cld make it wan go outfield.... cant reali blame him.... after getting my medication, went back to see my PC wif my platoonmates.... oni 1 stayed back in camp coz of his circumcision wound.... the rest gotta go outfield.... for me, i wld be tonner-bound, ie. stay in the tonner throughout the excercise & help with the platoon's re-sup & stores.... well, since i cant chiong, help out wif the re-sup & stores is the best i could help out my other platoonmates who were going to chiong.... so went up to pack my fieldpack & stuff & get ready to move out....
by ard 1400hrs, rch our conn area.... the rest of the platoon unloaded from the tonner & prep for setting up the con-wires for the CP.... i felt abit disappointed coz i cldnt join them.... after unloading the necessary stores, the tonners went off to the MT park.... 1 of my platoonmate was wif me coz he was given attend B for his diarrhea.... luckily it rained tat morning, so it wasnt tat hot in the afternoon, so it wasnt like an oven in the tonner.... the 2 of us were like slping throughout the whole afternoon & nite.... well, once u put on the uniform, u somehow feel tired all the time....
tuesday - conn was over & the tonners moved in to pick up the troops from the CP.... my platoonmates all loaded up the stores & re-supped their water & rations b4 moving off.... i helped out by filling up their water bottles & pack up the stores into the tonner.... den a platoon from C coy loaded up to my tonner as their tonner wasnt there, so dey used ours to transport dem to the move out area.... after everyone got to the drop off point, the tonners returned to the MT park.... now i'm alone by myself.... sianz.... at least the nite b4 got my platoonmate to talk & chat wif.... now i'm alone.... sianz.... wat to do.... sleep lor.... at ard 2100hrs plus, 1 of my platoonmates who reported sick wif me the previous day morning suddenly appeared.... it seemed tat his illness replased & had to fall out.... well, got company again.... heheh.... then i realised tat my CQ tonner was besides ours & i went over to look for my CQ & the HQ people.... so there we were sitting in the trailer having coffee, smoked & tokked cock.... den someone came over & told us there might b4 an Arty drill soon & so we quickly cleared our things & went back to the tonner.... then the platoonmate who had diarrhea came back.... so its like 3 of us slpt in the tonner tat night....
wednesday - the 1st mission was over & we linked up wif the rest of the platoon for re-sup.... dey were all wet coz it rain the nite b4 & dey were caught in it.... all of dem looked tired out & exhausted.... me & my the other 2 platoonmates who were in the tonner quickly helped dem to re-sup while dey changed to dry clothings b4 the next mission.... after the re-sup, 3 more of my platoonmates fell out due to injuries.... well, it seemed tat age had caught up wif us.... so its 6 of us were down.... almost 2/3 of the platoon down while the rest of the guys pushed on for the 2nd mission....
thursday - 2nd mission over liao.... pushing in to re-sup for the 2 sections.... but nobody guided us to where our 2 sections were deployed & we waited in the middle of nowhere for someone to bring us there.... further more we dun haf any way of contacting them.... i was thinking to myself, "is my platoon reali tat not impt to the battalion? y nobody bothered abt us coz we were attached to those rifle company?".... anyway, the 2 sections came down & looked for us & they were like cursing & swearing abt the re-sup timing.... after ard 30mins rest, they loaded up the tonner & got ready for the last mission, wich was quite relaxing coz there was basically no walking or bashing at all.... so we waited & waited till finally, at 1730hrs, exercise cut.... everyone was delighted tat the nightmare was finally over.... we started to pack up our stores & equipment & get ready to RTU.... after rching camp, we quickly unloaded the stores, equipment & cleaned everything up so we can relax for the next day.... everyone did his part, including my PC & all the Specs, & we finished everything within an hour's time.... tis is one thing i'm proud of wich is the platoon's teamwork & unity.... with the cleaning doing, its time to enjoy.... those who did not go outfield helped us buy food & drinks & everything was all ready so tat once we finished the stores, we cld eat immediately.... after makan, ard 10 - 15 of us gathered in one bunk & drank ourselves silly.... my platoonmate actually bought 50 cans of tiger.... *pengz*.... i was like how can finis 50 cans leh.... luckily some of them started drinking b4 me & the rest went to join them.... we played many games & the losers wld have to drink.... we had so much fun coz exercise over liao so it's time to relax ourselves & enjoy.... in the end we finally finished all 50 cans.... >.<" .... *phew*.... heng arh, i din reali drink tat much (coz i noe how to siam.... heheheh....).... all of us were like very high after the session & we played till almost 3am b4 going to bed....
friday - woke up at almost 7.30am.... went for breakfast & after tat thot can sleep but kena arrow go help out armskote clear the arms till lunch.... after lunch, CO wana tok again.... after the talk, go back bunk, pack up our things & got ready to clear the bunks & then out-pro.... delay delay delay, wait wait wait, sleep sleep sleep until almost 6.30pm den can go.... FINALLY ARH!!!! OUT-PRO LIAO LOH!!!!
now come to think of it, reali kinda miss the guys.... chiong 2gether, sweat, cursing & swearing.... it was reali fun.... especially everynite whereby most of us wld gather at the smoking area & tok cock.... hmmmm.... it was reali reali fun.... now we got 3 more ICTs to go b4 we reali finis our NS cycle.... i'm sure it will be hard & sad to say goodbye to one another coz most of us were like already together since day 1 till now.... the bond tat we had forged between every single one of us.... it's like we r brothers to one another.... looking out & helping one another out during trainings & exercises.... pushing & encouraging one another when the going reali gets tough....
well, i'm reali gonna treasure the times we gonna have together for the next 3 ICTs b4 we wld finally go on with our own lives outside after the NS cycle.... until then.... it's ICT OVER LIAO LOH!!!! :D
